That’s right, I’ve found the woman of my dreams and I am not gonna let her go!

Proposed on Apr 7th, our 1 year anniversary! Of course she said yes… No we don’t have a date yet. As of right now we’re talking a year from now.

Emily and I have been living together for a couple months now, and things have been smoother than butter. I still can’t get enough of this woman and she enriches my life in every way.

Here is a picture of the wedding set I picked up at Antoinette Antique and Estate Jewelry. It’s from the 1920’s and it’s platinum.

I’ve told just about everyone I know, so if you’re out of the loop I’m sorry about that.

I am torn between wanting to ride my motorcycle, and wanting to go snowboarding.

I wish Oregon could pick one direction and go for it. Right now I am between the two seasons and it is painful!

And now, time for something completely different…

At least I can console myself with having the most amazing woman ever in my life. When you find someone that’s amazing, like Emily, things go from “okay” to wonderful!

After the break up, things were better then they had been in a LONG time. My family and friends pointed out a change in my attitude. I got in shape, and I was relatively happy.

Then I met an amazing woman, and my spirit went from a little flicker of light to a massive shining sun.

I can’t remember ever feeling as good as I have the last couple months. It sounds cliche, but colors are more vibrant, food tastes better, I feel energized, and life is actually all the sweeter.

Right now the most overwhelming feeling I experience is thankfulness, for everything that has ever happened to me, even the bad things. If one or two little things had gone differently, I probably wouldn’t be where I am now.

Even my mistakes were learning experiences… The only true mistake is one that you don’t learn from.

I have never understood what it meant to feel truly content, until now.

Oh how I love thee, let me count the ways.

Emily made her world famous home made spaghetti the other night. I am eating it for lunch right now.

It rocks my world. You know it’s gonna be good when it simmers for 5 hours… Apparently that’s only half as long as she would really like to simmer it.

I am a VERY VERY lucky man.

About two months ago I completed the Basic Rider Training course through PCC and team oregon.

What is this course you may ask? Well, it is a safety course for motorcycles, and successful completion will get you your motorcycle endorsement from the DMV. Upon completing the class I sauntered on down to said DMV in Woodburn, Oregon and received my endorsement.

A week or two later, after searching for a cheap motorcycle, I decided to go all out and purchase a slightly used motorcycle.

I am proud to introduce my 2005 Yamaha FZ6 (known as the fazer or “fizzer” in europe).

And, probably one of the sexiest pictures I have ever had the pleasure of taking…

I have been riding for over a month now, and if I had some way to transport a decent amount of belongings and gear I would ride it everywhere.
